TROY, Mich., March 6 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On March 15, 2007 all Olga's Kitchen restaurants will offer a smoke free environment for guests and employees. On March 1, Olga's began displaying a counter card at each location to notify their guests of the March 15th switch to completely smoke free restaurants. Several of Olga's restaurants are already smoke free.

"We made the decision two years ago that all newly constructed and remodeled Olga's Kitchen restaurants would open as smoke free environments.
