The Utica area Community Action Team (UCAT) is a coalition that was formed in 1992 to serve the Utica Community Schools attendance area. UCAT's mission is to develop and implement strategies that will prevent, delay or reduce alcohol, tobacco and other drug use by youth in our community. United Way has learned from experience that 2-1-1 can address critical needs during major disasters, and in times of crisis.
